Kocharyan’s defense team receives decision of the court, to appeal it at Court of Cassation

The decision of the Court of Appeal has been provided to the defense team of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan.

The defense team informs that the decision will be appealed at the Court of Cassation.

The Court of Appeal has denied the petition of the defense team to change the preventive measure of Kocharyan.
