Ararat-Anti-Terror 2019 exercises to be held in Armenia in September
Armenia’s National Security Service director Artur Vanetsyan received today delegation of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center headed by the deputy director of the center Sergey Dudko.
The delegation has arrived in Armenia to discuss issues on preparation of Ararat-Antiterror-2019 joint anti-terrorism exercises to be held in Armenia in September.
NSS press service reports that the exercises will involve the special services of the CIS member states, 102d Russian military base in Gyumri and other stakeholder ministries and structures in Armenia.
During the meeting the parties also discussed the issues and programs of the relevant bodies of the CIS member states.
They also stressed the high level cooperation between the Armenian NSS and CIS Center in fighting against terrorism and manifestations of extremism.
