Court rejects petition on quitting Robert Kocharyan’s criminal persecution on the basis of his immunity

The petition of the lawyers of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan on quitting the criminal persecution on the basis of immunity of Robert Kocharyan has been rejected.

Yesterday the Court of Appeal rejected another petition of the second president’s defense team against prolonging Kocharyan’s arrest for another two months.
