Armenia’s Defense Ministry strives not to reach balance but privilege over Azerbaijani armament

Armenia’s Defense Ministry is striving not to balance but privilege, Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan told the reporters today.

A reporter asked whether it may be stated that the balance with the Azerbaijani armament has been restored, in response the minister said, “I can say that the Defense Ministry is not striving to reach balance. The Defense Ministry strives to have privilege.”
