Armenia’s president nominates new candidate in post of CC judge

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian has nominated candidacy of Artur Vagharshyan in the vacant position of judge of Constitutional Court.

On April 16 at the closed secret voting the NA voted against candidate Gor Hovhannisyan.

Only 25 lawmakers backed his candidacy, 75 voted against.
