Armenia’s economic activity grows by 7% during January-April: National Statistical Service

The index of economic activity in Armenia has grown in April 2019 by 9,2% as compared with the April of 2018, National Statistical Service reports.

According to NSS, the economic activity of January-April 2019 has grown by 7%.

The turnover of domestic trade in January-April made 886,7 billion AMD growing by 9,8%, the service sector made 575,5 billion, registering 17% growth, the industrial production made 573,6 billion, registering 4,5% growth.

The foreign trade turnover totaled two million USD, registering 4,2% fall.
