Decision over arrest on Kocharyan’s property to be published June 7

The examination of the petition on the arrest of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan ended today.

The court chaired by the judge Anna Danibekyan left for consultation room.

The decision will be published on June 7 at 12.20 p.m.

With the July 30, 2018 decision of the SIS investigator arrest has been put on the property of the former president. Kocharyan’s lawyers appealed the decision but the appeal was rejected after which the defenders applied to court.
