Vitaly Balasanyan released from position of the Artsakh Republic Security Council Secretary

On 11 June Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which Vitaly Balasanyan was released from the position of the Artsakh Republic Security Council Secretary.

Balasanyan was appointed in the post on November 3, 2016.
