Judge Armen Danileyan rejects another petition on recusal

Judge of Criminal Court of Appeal examining the case of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan and others rejected the petition submitted by Kocharyan’s lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan.

He said the petition is based on judge’s behavior at June 18 session.
