Armenia’s second president’s defense team appeals to Court of Cassation

Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan’s defense team has filed a petition to the Court of Cassation against overturning the decision on suspending proceedings of the criminal case instituted against the ex-president and on applying to the Constitutional Court.

Before this, on July 11 the lawyers filed appeals against the decision of the court to arrest Kocharyan.
