ARF-D representative sees solution to Amulsar issue via referendum

Exploitation of Amulsar in current conditions is impossible, ARF-D representative Artsvik Minasyan said in an interview to Aysor.am.

“There is a conclusion which is necessary to take, read, understand and move forward,” Minasyan said, adding that Amulsar issue is pan-national issue.

“The decision over Amulsar must be made via referendum,” Minasyan said.
