NA has no right to express political position over CC’s ruling: Co-founder of One Armenia party

Armenia’s National Assembly has no right to voice political position over Constitutional Court’s ruling, co-founder of One Armenia party Artur Ghazinyan wrote in a Facebook post.

He urged the opposition forces of the parliament not to join the initiative and refrain from anti-constitutional actions.

The post followed the statement of NA speaker Ararat Mirzoyan who made a statement today over the ruling made by the CC on the basis of ex-president Robert Kocharyan’s application.

Vice-president of Republican party Armen Ashotyan also responded to the statement, saying that it would be good for Mirzoyan not to “release Nikol’s primitive propaganda balloons in the NA hall.”
