Judge Anna Danibekyan rejects recusal petition

Judge of Yerevan general instance court Anna Danibekyan rejected the recusal petition filed by lawyer Hayk Alumyan, member of defense team of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan.

She said the decision will be provided to the sides of the trial in one day.
