Arsen Babayan arrested: court upholds SIS petition

Yerevan court of general jurisdiction made a decision to uphold the petition of the Special Investigation Service and arrest former deputy head of the NA staff Arsen Babayan.

The SIS accuses Babayan of falsification and assistance in usurpation of CC authorities by a group of official people.
