Judge Anna Danibekyan denies recusal motion

Judge of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction Anna Danibekyan denied the recusal motion submitted by the defense team of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan.

The judge stated that the decision is not subjected to appeal.

While submitting the motion Kocharyan’s lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan noted that Anna Danibekyan has biased negative attitude toward Robert Kocharyan.

The accusing prosecutors, successors of victims spoke against the motion.
