Viktor Soghomonyan thinks Kocharyan will soon be released

Head of the office of Armenia’s second president Viktor Soghomonyan thinks that Robert Kocharyan will soon be freed from custody.

“I hope in near future the court ruling about illegal arrest will be lifted,” Soghomonyan told the reporters.

He said after release Robert Kocharyan will be ready for press conference.
