CC chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan charged: human right activist

Constitutional Court chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan has been charged, human right activist Ruben Melikyan told the reporters outside the CC building.

He said the article under which Tovmasyan is charged is not known yet.

It has been reported earlier that the CC chairman was to be interrogated at 10.30 a.m.
