Neither of judges of Constitutional Court apply for early retirement: referendum will take place

Neither of the judges of Armenia’s Constitutional Court have applied for early retirement so far.

Today was the deadline for applying.

According to the law, the 7 judges of the CC could use the opportunity of early pension till February 27 and get pension equivalent to their salary.

On February 6 the NA adopted bill on conduction of constitutional referendum with 88 for and 15 against votes.

The referendum is scheduled for April 5, the campaign launched from February 17.
