Compulsory enforcement service has new head

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree appointing Sergey Meghryan chief of compulsory enforcement service.

With other decree, Davit Beginyan has been relieved from the post of acting chief of the compulsory enforcement service.
