PAP leader lawyers apply to Court of Appeal

PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s lawyer Smbat Minasyan said they submitted application against the decision of the court of first instance to examine the motion of Tsarukyan’s arrest.

“We have asked the court to consider the absence of the substantial suspicion confirmed,” he wrote on Facebook.
