The Court of Appeal left for consultation room after the consideration of petition to arrest the PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, defense team reports.
The court will announce the decision tomorrow.
On June 21 judge Robert Papoyan denied the motion to arrest the PAP leader.
The Prosecutor General’s Office appealed the decision of the court of general jurisdiction.
