Armenia’s Defense Minister briefs the situation to Andrzej Kasprzyk, says Azerbaijan unleashes another provocation

Armenia’s Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan had a phone conversation with the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, MOD spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan reports.

The minister briefed on the situation on the border, saying that Azerbaijan has unleashed another provocation.
