Stepanakert to be evacuated only in case of reasonable circumstances: Minister of State

Artsakh Minister of State Grigory Martirisyan said Stepanakert population is not being evacuated.

He said only people of the communities close to the frontline were evacuated.

“A decision of evacuation from Stepanakert will be made only in case of reasonable circumstances,” Martirosyan said.
