Artsakh president fine, to present situation personally: spokesperson

The decision of Artsakh president to head to frontline raised concerns of many, spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan reported, adding that the president is fine.

“A while ago he will personally present the situation on Facebook,” he wrote on Facebook.
