The victory will be ours: Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan addressed the people

In a video address to the people President of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan stressed that the “victory will be ours.”

“The victory, undoubtedly, will be ours,” he said.

“You have time to think,” Arayik Harutyunyan warned Azerbaijan, “Aliyev’s family will be held responsible for everything.”
