Stepanakert attacked again: MOD representative

Stepankert is being shelled again, representative of Armenia's Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports.

Artsakh Republic Ombudsman says Azerbaijan has several times shelled civilian facilities of Stepanakert.

"The authorities of this country are chronic terrorists and criminals while the international community is chronic blind. No reports about casualties yet," he wrote.
