Artsakh president says situation calmer in the morning today

It is relatively calmer this morning, but we do not know how long this calm will last, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan stated at press conference today.

"The situation was relatively calm from the morning but we don't know how long it will last. We must register that in fact there is no ceasefire," added President Harutyunyan.
