Italy’s Lombardy region recognizes Artsakh’s independence
Lombardy is the first region of Italy to recognize the independence of the Republic of Artsakh.
This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Italy.
The proposal was adopted with the majority of votes by the Lombardy County Council.
