Group of Artsakh residents return to Stepanakert from Yerevan

In accordance with the arrangement between Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and Yerevan mayor Hayk Marutyan today in the morning 11 buses with residents of Stepanakert headed to Artsakh from Yerevan.

The operative headquarters will come up with additional statement on further transportations.
