Stepanakert-Berdzor highway safe: Artsakh president

Artsakh president Arayik Harutyunyan visited with the commander of Russian peacekeeping troops Rustam Muradov Lisagor community of Shushi region to get personally convinced in safety of Stepanakert-Berdzor highway.
