Second phase of fight to be failed if current authorities remain on wheel – Tigran Abrahamyan

The first phase of war ended on November 9, the next phase just started – negotiations for Artsakh’s status, security and future of Artsakh people and restoration of Artsakh, head of Henaket think-tank Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.

“The threats to Armenia and Artsakh still remain, there are new risks. During these years the authorities did the utmost, the result – tragedy. If this authorities continue staying on the wheel in the second phase of the fight we will finally fail and close the last page of Armenia’s history,” he wrote.
