Police apprehend human rights activist Avetik Ishkhanyan

Human rights activist Ruben Melikyan wrote on his Facebook page that human rights activitst Avetik Ishkhanyan has been apprehended.

“Human rights activist Avetik Ishkhanyan just called me on the phone telling me that the police have apprehended him. I’m going to the police station as an attorney,” Melikyan wrote on Facebook.
