Families of missing and captured servicemen to get 300,000 AMD monthly assistance until clarification of their status with Foundation
Armenian government approved today the event on assistance to the families of servicemen missing as a result of war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27.
Labor and social affairs minister Mesrop Arakelyan said the goal of the event is to provide social assistance to the members of the missing families.
The social assistance will be provided in a form of monthly money assistance un the amount of 300,000 AMD for each month.
The money will be provided through the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen. With this purpose 500 million AMD will be provided to the Foundation.
The PM said the families of the captured servicemen are also included in the event.
He stressed the families will get the assistance until their status is clarified with the Foundation.
