Plane with over 40 Armenian captives on the way to Armenia

A plane with over 40 captives will minutes later land in the homeland, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on Facebook.

“I will personally meet them together with the relatives,” he wrote, adding that the return of all the servicemen, civilians is the most urgent issue on the agenda.
