Road tying Goris with Kapan in some places is out of Armenia’s territory – Armenia’s PM

The main road tying Goris with Kapan with the logic of the soviet time border in some places is out of Armenia’s territory, Armenia’s PM Nikol Pashinyan said in interview to RFE/RL.

“Now the important thing is to ensure regular, safe functioning of the road,” he said.
