Artak Beglaryan resigns from post of Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman

Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan has submitted resignation application on December 22.

“The resignation is agreed with the proposal to take other position in state apparatus,” the statement of the Ombudsman says.

Beglaryan will hold a press conference on Wednesday.
