Armenia’s PM calls Putin, discusses situation in Armenia

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation today at the initiative of the Armenian side.

“The situation in Armenia has been discussed,” Russian president’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated, adding that Putin spoke for the regulation of the situation in the sidelines of preservation of rule and order in Armenia and law.

Russia’s leader also urged all the parties to exercise restraint.
