Quake in Turkey felt in Armenia’s Armavir and capital Yerevan
Armenia's Emergency Situation's Ministry's Seismic Protection Service recorded today at 9. 57 a.m. local time magnitude-3.8 earthquake in Turkey, 34km south-west from Igdir town and 10 km beneath the surface.
According to MES, at the epicenter the quake measured magnitude 5.
The quakes were also felt in Vardashen and Janfida villages of Armenia’s Armavir province magnitude 2-3 and in capital Yerevan magnitude 2.
