Former Deputy Chief of General Staff files lawsuit against DM, demands restoration in post

Former Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Tiran Khachatryan filed a lawsuit to Administrative Court against minister of defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan.

The ex-top military official demands to restore him in his position.
