Artsakh’s Karmir Shuka not to be handed to Azerbaijan – Artsakh FM

There is and cannot be any aim to hand over Karmir Shuka to Azerbaijan, Artsakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan told the reporters today.

“No one has changed the status of Karmir Shuka. Karmir Shuka is Armenian and is situated in Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh, therefore, there is no and cannot be any aim to change its status and hand it over to Azerbaijan. This should be clear for everyone,” the minister said, adding that everything will be done to keep what we have.
