Captives probably to return to Armenia before elections - Edmon Marukyan

Head of Bright Armenia faction Edmon Marukyan speaking to reporters today said the Armenian captives will probably be in Armenia before the elections.

“There are such talks. There is nothing final, but I have such expectation. But this is not the final solution of the issue,” he said.
