Artsakh president to be interrogated in sidelines of criminal case on overthrowing constitutional order

Artsakh president Arayik Harutyunyan will be interrogated in the sidelines of criminal case filed under Part 1 of Article 312 of Artsakh Criminal Code (overthrow of constitutional order).
