Two earthquakes recorded in Armenia in a day
Magnitude 2.6 earthquake has been recorded 8km northwest from Yelpin village of Armenia’s Vayots Dzor province on Wednesday at about 1.16 pm.
In the epicenter the quake measured magnitude 3-4.
The quake was felt in Zangakatun, Lanjar villages of Ararat province magnitude 3.
This is second earthquake recorded in the same place on May 5.
The first one – magnitude 2.3 was recorded at 9.56 am, 14 km northwest from Yelpin village.
