Mayor-General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan awarded Homeland Medal posthumously

Mayor-General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan has been posthumously awarded with Homeland Medal for exclusive services in creation and establishment of Armed Forces of Armenia, ensuring homeland’s defense and security.

The decree was signed by Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian.
