Azeris fail to come to negotiations scheduled for today - Armenia MOD

Despite the arrangement achieved in advance the Azerbaijani side did not come to negotiations scheduled for May 19, at 2pm, Armenia’s Ministry of Defense reports.

It has been reported earlier that negotiations are ongoing to settle the situation which arose as a result of provocation of Azerbaijani armed forces on Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
