Local battles underway on north-eastern part of Armenian-Azerbaijani border - Armenia MOD

The subdivisions of the Azerbaijani armed forces made another provocation violating the ceasefire in the north-eastern sector of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on July 28 at about 3.40 a.m., Ministry of Defense of Armenia reports.

"The whole responsibility of aggravation of the situation lies on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan," the Ministry said in a statement.

As of 6 a.m. the local battles continue.
