Armenia's MOD reports about casualties on both sides

Subdivisions of the Azerbaijani armed forces have attacked the Armenian positions in the north-eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on July 28 at about 3.40 a.m.

Armenia's Ministry of Defense reports about local battles which continue as of 7 a.m.

According to preliminary information casualties are reported on both sides.
