Interstate wanted notice issued for Grigori Khachaturov

An interstate wanted notice has been issued for Major General Grigori Khachaturov, the Prosecutor General’s Office told Aysor.am.

“On November 25, 2025, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against Grigori Khachaturov under Article 436, Part 1, and Article 549, Part 3 of the Criminal Code. The court denied the investigator’s request to place him in custody as a preventive measure.

The prosecution intends to file an appeal against this decision,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated.
