We reaffirm our commitment to the Orthodox Doctrine of the Holy Church and to the Catholicos of All Armenians – Diocese of Tavush
On December 2, the regular meeting of the clergy of the Diocese of Tavush was convened at the Haghartsin Monastery Complex.
“During the session, alongside various agenda items, the clergy of the Diocese of Tavush – under the leadership of the Vicar, His Eminence Rev. Samvel Mkhitaryan – reaffirmed their vow to remain faithful to the Orthodox doctrine of our Holy Church, the canonical order of its liturgical life, and the enthroned See of St. Thaddeus, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
In light of the current unacceptable circumstances, we declare our commitment to continue our spiritual mission with devotion, integrity, and a deep sense of justice and truth, remaining steadfast in the teachings of the Holy Scripture and the Sacred Tradition of the Church, and serving with love for our faithful people.
May the Lord bless, strengthen, and bestow His grace upon our devout people, both in the homeland and throughout the diaspora.
This message has been endorsed and signed by the clergy,” the statement of the Diocese of Tavush reads.
