Gyumri deputy mayor and head of Utilities Department arrested
Law enforcement officers conducted another operation today at the Gyumri Municipality.
According to Hraparak, Deputy Mayor Avetis Arakelyan and Artyom Chadryan, head of the Municipality’s Utilities Department, have been arrested.
